We are currently hiring for the following positions:

This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for a flexible schedule in a fun, positive work environment! We are looking for candidates willing and eager to train quickly. Previous experience is not required, however can be helpful during the training process. Could be a stay at home mom who wants/needs to go back to work on a part time basis. All positions have the potential to move into a lead role if employee demonstrates the ability to take on more responsibility.


Daytime Lead and Assistant Baker at our Castle Pines shoppe:

The position will start part time during training, approximately 20-30 hours per week with the opportunity of becoming full time with the availability to work at multiple locations, 35-40 hours per week. Must be available to work a minimum of 4-5 days per week year round. Schedule would vary within the hours of 8 AM- 6:30 PM Mon-Fri and on some Saturdays 8AM-4:30 PM. Extra hours will be required during holiday peak times and may decrease during slow periods.


Daytime Lead and Assistant Baker at our Highlands Ranch shoppe:

After School Closer at our Greenwood Village shoppe:

The position requires availability to work a minimum of 2-3 weekdays after school and on Saturdays year round. Schedule would vary within the hours of 3 PM- 6:30 PM Mon-Fri and on Saturdays 8AM-4:30 PM. Extra hours will be required during holiday peak times and may decrease during slow periods.


Requirements

Prior baking experience or cake decorating skills are not necessary but a definitely plus, need desire to learn these skills.
Leadership qualities a must
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
Willing and able to learn -- positive attitude -- having fun.
Able to accept and apply constructive criticism
Able to work throughout the day with a sense of urgency to get the tasks done
Self managing, self starting, great time management skills, must be proactive
Multi-tasking, high energy all while maintaining the standards of quality set by the owner and supervisors.
Professional customer service skills
Professional appearance

Basic computer skills, good at computer keyboarding for taking orders, proper spelling and grammar
Keeping equipment, workbenches, floors and machinery clean while working.
Perform other duties, as assigned and as needed with or without being asked
Must be able to lift 30-50 lb buckets/bags of flour/grain or mixing bowls repeatedly during an eight-hour shift.
This job is physically demanding due to the amount of time on your feet and lifting
Prep work
Dish washing
Cleaning
Bending, stooping and climbing may be necessary.
Hourly rate is based on skill level and experience.
